如是个人开户，只需要填写表格+本人有效护照和签字页即可

如是离岸公司开户，需要出示以下材料+填写表格+本人有效护照和签字页

To open a corporate account requires application forms+valid passport with signature+the following documents

1.Certificate of Incorporation(公司注册证书）

--如果离岸公司已注册一年以上，则需出示Certificate of Good Standing(存续证明书）或Certificate of Incumbency(董事在职证明书），其中之一即可

--如果离岸公司注册未满一年，则不需要Certificate of Good Standing(存续证明书）或Certificate of Incumbency(董事在职证明书）

2.Memorandum and Articles of Association(公司章程）

3.First Resolution of the Subscriber shareholder of Company(股东第一决议），即股东决定谁为离岸公司的管理者

4.Share Certificate(股份证书）或者Membership Certificate(合作证书）

5.beneficial owner(受益人）的护照有效复印件，以及有效签名

如有Nominee Director(代理公司管理者）

则另需

6.Power of Attorney(委托书）

7.如Nominee Director是自然人，仅需护照复印件（不用公证）

如Nominee Director是法人，则需出示其公司注册书复印件（不需公证），谁有签字权的书面说明，法人的Director的护照复印件（不需公证）

如有Nominee Shareholder(代理股东）

则另需

8.Deed/Declaration of Trust(信托契约）
